Holm-oak embers

We work only with holm-oak wood: a steady ember, enveloping heat and that fire flavour that seals the meat outside and keeps it juicy inside.

45–100 day ageing

We age each cut for as long as it needs to concentrate flavour and tenderness. Balanced marbling and a deep bite, the mark of premium beef.

What dry-aged cuts do you have?+

Domestic T-bone, 60-day Danish Carvery cowboy, certified Galician blond, Black Angus picanha, Argentine steer, yearling ribeye, American Black Angus presa and yearling tenderloin.

How much is the T-bone steak?+

T-bone is priced by weight: from €7.50/100g for domestic beef, €9.50/100g for the Danish cowboy and €10.50/100g for certified Galician blond. All meats come with artisan potatoes and vegetables.
