We are both a steakhouse and a rice restaurant, so joining the two was inevitable. Our Black Angus rice marries the power of premium dry-aged beef with rice cooked over holm-oak embers, creamy and full of flavour.

Holm-oak fire gives the rice a smoky base you cannot get any other way. Like all our rice dishes, it is prepared for a minimum of 2 people and served to share, priced per person.
